Terms of Use
Understand the rules for using Find Business, your rights, and your responsibilities.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Find Business platform (the "platform", the "service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the "user", "customer", or "you") and Find Business for the use of the marketing, CRM, and customer-engagement platform. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Description of the service
Find Business is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for:
- Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Multichannel campaign creation and delivery (WhatsApp, SMS, email, and social media).
- Omnichannel customer service with conversation routing and queues.
- Sales-workflow automation powered by artificial intelligence.
- Lead, pipeline, and sales-funnel management.
- Integrations with third-party services (Twilio, OpenAI, Amazon SES, and others).
3. Account registration and eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
To use the platform you must create an account and provide true, complete, and current information. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Any activity performed with your credentials is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Business accounts
When you create a business account, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization named and to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Plans, billing, and payment
4.1 Available plans
We offer plans billed monthly or annually, as described on the pricing page. Features, limits, and prices may vary by plan.
4.2 Trial period
New users may be eligible for a free trial of seven (7) days. At the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue using the platform. We do not automatically charge you when the trial ends.
4.3 Billing and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled beforehand. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
4.4 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the platform dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
4.5 Credits
Some platform features (such as message delivery, AI usage, and integrations) are metered and consume credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire according to your plan.
5. Acceptable use
When using Find Business, you agree not to:
- Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content.
- Violate applicable law, including U.S. federal and state privacy, consumer-protection, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, systems, or other users' data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform.
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, without a refund.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our property
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials of Find Business are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
6.2 Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that data as necessary to provide the service.
7. Third-party integrations
The platform offers integrations with third-party services (WhatsApp, Twilio, OpenAI, social networks, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. Find Business is not responsible for outages, changes, or problems caused by third-party services.
8. Availability and support
We strive to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause interruptions, as may unscheduled outages due to factors beyond our control. Technical support is available according to your plan.
9. SMS and voice messaging consent (TCPA)
Find Business can send you text (SMS) messages and place voice calls, and it also lets you message your own contacts through the platform. This Section governs both the messages Find Business sends to you and the consent rules you must apply when you use the platform to reach your contacts. It reflects the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law.
9.1 Express consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you give Find Business your prior express written consent to send recurring service SMS and voice messages, and — where you separately opt in — marketing SMS and voice messages, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
9.2 Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings. Service messages are sent as needed to operate your account; the cadence of marketing messages depends on the campaigns you opt into.
9.3 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Find Business is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9.4 STOP and HELP
You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in the Contact section. Opting out of marketing messages may not stop transactional or service messages needed to operate your account, such as security or billing notices.
9.5 Your obligations when messaging your contacts
When you use Find Business to send SMS or place voice calls to your own customers, you are the sender and are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting the prior express written consent required by the TCPA and applicable state law, honoring STOP and other opt-out requests, observing calling-time (quiet-hours) rules, and identifying yourself in each message. You must not use the platform to contact anyone who has not consented or who has opted out.
Find Business provides the communications tools; you remain responsible for TCPA compliance for the messages and calls you originate.
10. Email communications (CAN-SPAM)
Marketing email you receive from Find Business, and marketing email you send through the platform, are subject to the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
10.1 Sender identification
Commercial email accurately identifies the sender, uses non-deceptive subject lines and header information, and discloses that the message is an advertisement where required by law.
10.2 Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and no later than ten (10) business days, and we will not sell or transfer the email address of anyone who has opted out. Transactional and relationship messages about your account are not marketing email and may continue.
10.3 Physical postal address
Commercial email includes a valid physical postal address as required by law. Our current mailing address is provided in the Contact section below.
10.4 Your obligations when emailing your contacts
When you send email campaigns through Find Business, you are the sender under CAN-SPAM and are responsible for honoring opt-outs, providing your own accurate identification and a valid physical postal address in each message, and not using false or misleading header, 'From', or subject-line information.
11. Privacy and your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are a California resident, the Privacy Policy explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) — including the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — and how to exercise them, including the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option described there.
12. Limitation of liability
Find Business is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for:
- Data loss resulting from misuse or user-side failures.
- Business results obtained from using the platform.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Actions of third parties connected through integrations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms of Use at any time. We will communicate material changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or for legal reasons. You may close your account at any time. After termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [[GOVERNING_STATE — pending legal review]], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [[VENUE — pending legal review]], and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your state of residence.
